Bio: Anne Dinshah is CEO of American Vegan Society, a rowing coach, lifelong vegan, and author of Dating Vegans. She coauthored a kids’ cookbook with her mother Freya Apples, Bean Dip, and Carrot Cake and coauthored Powerful Vegan Messages with her late father Jay. Anne credits Freya for instilling in her a love of cooking and Jay for a love of speaking to large audiences. Anne recently accomplished a 26.2-mile marathon rowing fundraiser for American Vegan Society “Row for the Animals” and competes in springboard diving. AmericanVegan.org
