Elena Mascherino has been vegan for 25 years and had a dream to open a vegan sandwich shop in West Chester, PA, the far-western Philadelphia suburbs. At this event she will discuss her vegan journey and how it led to the creation of one of the area’s most popular vegan venues, Love Again Local.

Says Mascherino: “As a longtime vegan, I’m thrilled to finally see veganism out in the mainstream. We’ve come a long way!” Come out to the AVC on Oct. 27 and relive that journey.
