American Vegan Center
February is Vegan Cuisine Month, and American Vegan Center is showing how quick and easy delicious vegan food can be, as American Vegan Society staff and volunteers perform 5-minute cooking demos on the half hour with samples and party fare.
This is a First Friday event: Come out and enjoy the whole evening at the AVC or drop in anytime for some fun tips and socializing.
5:30pm Lisa Melian – Almond Cheese Ball
6:00pm Nardos Seiler – Bean Dip
6:30pm Vickie Collette – Carrot Salad
7:00pm Clint Dinshah – BBQ Tofu
7:30pm Elisha Letizia – Grandmom’s Cucumber Salad
Samples will be available to taste after each demo, plus other foods including 2-ingredient fudge!
Recipes will be available to take home with you!
