Under the direction of their chef educators, culinary students will prepare and serve a gourmet meal.

Menu:  Corn Tortilla with Avocado & Tomatillo Salsa and Charred Scallion; Hearty Vegetable & Bean Soup with Black Bean, Cannellini, Garbanzo and Braised Chard in a Rich Vegetable Broth; Shaved Fennel & Brussels Sprout Salad with Toasted Quinoa, Apple, Pecan, Maple Dressing; Eggplant-Sweet Potato Lasagna with Hazelnut Romesco; Warm Black-Eyed Pea & Arborio Risotto with Roasted Pineapple-Coconut Lime Sorbet
