1 ripe mango  
2 cups vegan yogurt or Tofu Banana Freeze (see recipe from Healthy Hearty Helpings)  
¼ cup carob chips  (or vegan chocolate chips)
 
 
Peel and pit mango. Line 2 individual bowls with mango pieces: Mango is the crust of the “pie.” Pour in the yogurt. Sprinkle top with carob chips.  
Serve.
