VegFests are vibrant festivals, large and small, that promote the vegan lifestyle in communities everywhere. They feature food, speakers, exhibits, and merchandise—welcoming vegans, vegetarians, and the veg-curious alike.
The first VegFest was organized by the Toronto Vegetarian Association in 1985. Chester County (PA) held an annual VegFest from 1991 to 2018, and Boston hosted its first major event in 1996.
Whether you’re planning your first visit or looking to reconnect with the vegan movement, you’ll find upcoming festivals across the globe right here.

Lancaster Vegfest
On Saturday & Sunday, June 6th & 7th 2026, Join us for Lancaster's 10th annual VegFest to celebrate the plant-based/vegan lifestyle! It's our mission to provide information about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle for animals, the environment, social justice, and health. It's FREE to enter Lancaster VegFest from 12-5, but please consider donating to Lancaster Farm Sanctuary who will be collecting donations at the door.
