The AVS board provides strategic leadership and governance to ensure the American Vegan Society (AVS) achieves its mission of promoting veganism. American Vegan Society is a dynamic organization with a growing staff. If you want to align your work with your values and join the team of the longest-running national vegan organization in the U.S., you are welcome to submit your resume whether there is an open staff position advertised or not. (We may be advertising/hiring a new position soon!) VOLUNTEER PROFESSIONALS

Accounting: AVS desires the services of a CPA to audit our financial records annually and provide occasional financial advice at other times.

INTERNSHIPS or VOLUNTEER

Help promote AVS programs that welcome people to veganism and build community.

1 – Greeter at American Vegan Center — aka Marketing, Events, & Outreach Intern (Philly only) 

2 – Video Production (South Jersey or Philly preferred)

3 – Outreach – tabling at events, AVS provides the info (anywhere)

4 – Social Media (South Jersey, Philly, or remote) create and post to promote events and information
