Bio: Janani is a senior in high school with a passion for climate justice, animal rights, and human rights. She is the founder of Girls Play Global, a grassroots nonprofit to educate and empower girls in rural India through soccer. Janani is also a member of the Youth Agricultural Revolution to lobby for the end of factory farming and has given several speeches on topics related to animal activism and sustainability. She hopes to pursue a career with a focus on social justice and continue advocating for global issues. In her free time, she loves running, playing with her dog, and eating delicious vegan food!
