Bio: Lee Hall (they/them/Lee) became vegan in 1983. Lee holds a Master of Laws in environmental law with a focus on climate change from Vermont Law School, and has taught law (animal, environmental, immigration and refugee law and policy) at Rutgers Law School and at Widener – Delaware Law. An annual speaker at the North American Vegetarian Society’s Vegan Summerfest, Lee has also appeared on Court TV, Gooseberry Productions’ Exploring Rights for Animals series, Supreme Master Television, Allegheny Front Environmental Radio, and It’s All About Food with Caryn Hartglass; and written for Growing Green International, The Vegan, and American Vegan. Lee’s entry on “Nonhuman Rights and Human Sustainability” appears in the Encyclopedia of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (Springer). Lee is a member of Radnor Friends Meeting (Villanova, PA).
