For the First Friday in August, the American Vegan Center is showing how quick and easy delicious vegan food can be. American Vegan Society staff and volunteers perform picnic themed 5 minute cooking demos on the half hour (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30). Visitors can enjoy the whole evening or drop in anytime for some fun tips, food, and socializing. All recipes will be available on a handout.
