You don’t have to be vegan yet to be an American Vegan Society member!

Membership is open to everyone!

AVS promotes clarity in people’s understanding of veganism and offers resources for vegan journeys.

Membership includes:

American Vegan magazine (2-3 issues/year), full of thought-provoking articles and tasty recipes!
Discount codes on books and from business patrons
Special Member prices for some AVS events
Digital access to past issues of American Vegan magazine
Digital access to The Vegan magazine published by synergy organization The Vegan Society (U.K.)
Exclusive access to AVS Zoom event recordings
Most importantly, you’re helping to provide “free” information for your friends, family, and neighbors.

We want EVERYONE to become an American Vegan Society member. Those able to pay the full $45 with U.S. address have the option to receive both the print and the PDF version of American Vegan magazine. Those residing outside of the U.S. or paying a reduced price will receive the PDF version only.

If your current financial situation requires a complimentary membership, please tell us why you love being a member (we publish testimonials), then in a separate paragraph request the complimentary membership (we won’t publish).
