For the First Friday in December, the American Vegan Center is showing how quick and easy delicious vegan food can be. American Vegan Society staff and volunteers perform 5 minute holiday themed cooking demos on the half hour (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30). Visitors can enjoy the whole evening or drop in anytime for some fun tips, food, and socializing. All recipes will be available on a handout.

7:00 pm Rebeca Cintrón-Loáisiga – Coquito
7:30 pm Sue Gabriel – Zesty Festive Dip

Samples will be available to taste after each demo, plus other foods. Come join the fun!
