Celebrate First Friday and the beginning of July with Kianu Walker, the founder of Philly’s vegan ice cream company Vannah Banana!

Kianu will talk about how and why he started the business and how it’s tied to his community. Attendees will get to sample some of his wares, which can also be found at a half-dozen restaurants around Philadelphia.

The ice cream is coconut-based and flavors range from carrot cake to chocolate chip marshmallow.
