David is a pure vegetarian (vegan).He and wife Carolyn have raised two now adult children. David has taught cooking classes in California, Oregon, and Washington and been a speaker at numerous health symposiums, seminars, and conferences. His recipes are easy, low-fat, cholesterol-free, and use only wholesome ingredients.
Arrange one of David's cooking classes at your workplace, house of worship, clubhouse or other site. Just get a group of your friends, family, neighbors, or co-workers together. There's a minimum class size of ten; the rate is $20 per person, but no charge to the host.
